Coolpix 995, polarising filter

This is a composite of about 13 shots taken at Bondi beach on a bright overcast day. The original image is 13000 x 1500.

I used a polarising filter, which lead to a lot of variation in the sky as the camera was rotated through almost 180 degrees. I've fixed it a lot in photoshop, but I really need to replace the entire sky for this shot to work.
