Taken as part of a series of shoots when Erin needed a few headshots for job applications. The original was underexposed by one stop; I was still learning about flash exposure at the time.

This one has had curves used on it to white out the flesh-tones and then had a film grain effect added. The signature was scanned in and added as a separate layer, with the color gradient done as a layer effect.
